BTS, young as it is, have struggled so hard in mapping out ways to implement its goals. Long-term plans, specific objectives, functions and roles of its leaders were set. However, these plans and objectives cannot be reached without equipping the proper skills, attitudes, and knowledge of its leaders.

BTS leaders do not only mean the upper management but more specifically the supervisors and team leaders who serve as buffer between the management and employees. The functions and responsibilities of supervisors and team leaders are crucial that without proper knowledge, attitudes, and skills, they cannot translate into action the plans and policies of the company.

Supervisors and team leaders assume many roles in the company that without training and preparing them to such roles, they might make decisions that could affect the growth of the company.

These leaders will be prepared to build a new habit of professional attitudes that increase total quality service and ultimately satisfy customers completely. The leaders, as Movers towards Excellence, will make possible the company’s Vision/Mission: To provide continuous employment to Filipino people.

The birth of BTS was brought about by an American dreamer who excels in his own arena. A hard-earned CPA himself cannot accept that Filipino CPAs just work as an attendant or a cashier in a mall. Well, he is not a Filipino, he is an American, born in Texas, brought up by American parents. According to him, Certified Public Accountants should be working as CPAs, putting into practice what they have learned from College.
